Executive Chef

Chef John-Carter first joined The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in March 2019 and was promoted to executive chef of The Macintosh in February of 2020. Since the age of 8, JC knew she wanted to be a chef and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2017. Prior to joining The Indigo Road family, JC was part of the opening team at Kimball House and Watchman’s in Atlanta, Georgia. Chef John-Cater also owned Magnum Opus LLC, where she was a personal chef and hosted pop-up dinners across the country.
